AJC Live: Atlanta Town Hall with U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm

U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm stopped in Georgia on June 28, 2023, as part of her “People Powered Summer Road Trip.” She discussed President Joe Biden’s climate and infrastructure policies and what those policies and investments mean for jobs, manufacturing, and cost savings in the Peach State.

AJC’s Greg Bluestein and Drew Kann led a live discussion with Secretary Granholm centered around the Biden administration’s investments and how those policies are reshaping the future of energy, manufacturing, and transportation in Georgia.

The event was hosted by Georgia Tech in the Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design, the greenest building on any campus in the country.
